The business was established in 2001 by three founding partners with over 40+ years of combined advanced tube hydroforming, metal working, and assembly experience. They received their first automotive contract in 2002 to produce tubular instrument panel beam components for the Ford Motor Company on a tiered supply basis. They now produce over 6 million tubular components and welded assemblies annually and offer an extensive portfolio of tube forming and robotic assembly technologies. Their proactive approach to process design and quality leadership has yielded a plant wide world-class quality rating of < 1PPM for each of the past 8 consecutive years.
