Ways to Motivate Employees and Yourself

Join us and learn some easy ways to get your employees and yourself excited about your job. Our guest speaker from Waterloo, Ontario is an educator and an accomplished public speaker. He has been a member of Toastmasters International for 32 years and has competed in many public speaking competitions. Please come out and hear what Mr. Tony Nelson has to share with us on the important topic of motivation.

Presentation Description:
An employee’s motivation directly influences performance excellence and overall teamwork. These two factors in turn directly influence MORALE. This presentation emphasizes what practices need to be present in the workplace in order to positively impact MOTIVATION and MORALE. Participants will learn powerful skills to motivate themselves and others.

Presentation Objectives:
As a result of attending this ASQ presentation on Employee Motivation, participants will be able to:

• Identify major motivators and de-motivators associated with today’s workplace
• Apply the important motivational skills of clarifying communication, recognition and rewards, performance expectations and performance coaching
