As one of the Coordinators, her primary responsibility is to develop and implement a Health and Safety Management System that conforms to the OHSAS 18001:1999. Prior to joining the City of London , Stephanie was a certified Environmental Management Systems and Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor for the British Standards Institution and KPMG Quality Registrar Inc. for 4-1/2 years. While at BSI and KPMG QRI, Stephanie performed over 500 third party registration assessments and delivered more than 1000 hours of corporate training to the business community. These assessments and training sessions addressed the requirements outlined in the voluntary ISO standards – ISO 14001:1996 and ISO 9000 and verified that businesses had systems in place to meet the requirements of the standards.
