Speaker: Henry Zupanc of Quality Solutions
Henry Zupanc is a long time ASQ member and has volunteered many hours
helping the London section grow. He has been part of the local executive
for 12 plus years. Henry is the President of Quality Solutions® Inc.
They are a results oriented professional training and consulting group,
offering systematic approaches to improving productivity, quality and
human resources. Since 1992, QSI have been offering solutions in TQM,
Kaizen, Six Sigma, ISO 9000, SPC, ISO 14000, TS-16949, Team Building and
Problem Solving. Henry is also a Professor at Fanshawe College in the
Q.A. Program.

will reveal the 14 Management Principles behind Toyota's worldwide reputation
for quality and reliability.
