ASQ London Section 0403 presents….

Making Recognition a Daily Event

Thursday – January 20, 2005

Location:
Community Hall, Earl Nichols Arena799 Homeview Rd, London

Map: http://www.arenamaps.com/arenas/1478.htm

Speaker: Roy Saunderson
A professional speaker and consultant based in London, Ontario, Canada and founder of the Recognition Management Institute.

Roy Saunderson has a background in banking, purchasing, and healthcare with extensive management and leadership experience in business and in the community. His professional speaking goes back over 10 years with expansion in the last five years into training and consulting.

Roy has developed some simple and effective ways for giving people, what he calls, Real RecognitionTM. By giving people the recognition we all crave you'll end up with increased productivity, improved morale, and retention of your great employees. Roy shows leaders how to motivate and keep great employees and how to make their company the best place to work for. He has helped large corporate clients and medium-sized businesses get on track by creating a caring culture and developing the leadership skills for making super satisfied employees.
So simply put, his purpose is this: by giving people Real RecognitionTM you will make your company a better place to be and your people will make it a better place to do business. Treat your employees right and they'll treat you right. And that means more business. One of the repeated concerns of organizations that have implemented a reward and recognition process, is how to get people to give day-to-day recognition and appreciation. What can you do to have everyone walking the same walk?

Come out to the meeting and find out more!
