Speaker: Vaidesh Subramanyam, P.Eng., CQE, MBA(Ivey)
A consultant with Ames Inc. based in London, Ontario.

Vaidesh brings over 22 years hands on experience in world class manufacturing, new product development, new plant start ups and Quality and Environmental system implementation, primarily in the automotive sector (Toyota-ASC, Dana, Wescast, Magna, International Truck, Mercedes Benz).

Vaidesh is qualified with a MBA from the Ivey School of Business, Bachelor’s degree in Science, Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Vaidesh is a Certified Quality Engineer and a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Vaidesh is driven by Dr. Deming’s concepts in Management. He is recognized as an excellent listener (to what is not being said). He is a team player and a natural Leader.
