Stefanovic, (Procept Associates Ltd.) Michael Stefanovic is a Professional Engineer and has been designated a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute. He has 23 years of hands on project management experience. He holds a degree in engineering and a Master of Business Administration. Further to his career as project manager, he has spent two years as a full time faculty member and five years as adult education instructor in project management, at Ryerson Polytechnic University. Currently, Michael conducts project management seminars through several Canadian universities, as well as for direct clients of Procept Associates Ltd. in Canada, US and overseas. His presentation introduces audience to the topic of project management and its benefits when properly organized. It discusses Project Management as a Concept, PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge, Project Management Professional designation, current trends in project management and how to introduce project management maturity into an organization.
