VARI-FORM, the originator of structural automotive hydroforming, supplies product to major automotive manufacturers on a global basis. Vari-Form operates three manufacturing facilities in Strathroy with over twenty team-oriented production cells. Vari-Form employees 370 highly motivated people in Canada & US who take pride and ownership in their job.

Vari-Form’s technology and manufacturing facilities support the design, production and delivery of finished components to manufacture more than seven million parts a year, including IP beams, front-end structures and radiator closures. Volume production using the patented, production validated Pressure Sequence Hydro-Forming process began in 1989. Today, Vari-Form is the industry leader with over 40 million parts produced to date.

The company is ISO 14001 and TS 16949 registered. Vari-Form has also received numerous customer awards to recognize their commitment to Technology, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Our most recent recognition was received by winning the Quality Award at the London Business Achievement Awards held on March 22nd 2006.
