About The Speaker:
David E. DeLong, CET/ASQ CQE and a Senior ASQ member, started out in industry
in the mid 1960's, became an automotive Quality Manager and then in 1986
established Quality Management Services Inc. David has developed numerous
ISO and TS quality systems for small and large automotive suppliers and
is now concentrating on quality related seminars. He has presented seminars
throughout Ontario and into the USA. All David’s seminars are light
and humorous in nature and he has been compared to a combination of Jack
Nicholson and Jim Carrie of which he is proud of. David brings the topics
alive with humorous stories and a lot of animated expression. Web site
