Steve Toll & Bill Dowhaniuk
Steve Toll has worked in various areas of Project Management over the past 15 years. In his current position he is working as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt within Supply Chain Management for General Dynamics Land Systems Canada.

Steve has developed and taught several PM courses for Fanshawe College both on campus as well as on a consulting basis in a corporate environment. He has worked to have the College recognized as an REP through the PMI. Currently Steve is developing an on-line PMP Exam Preparation course that is being offered through OntarioLearn (a consortium of 22 Ontario Colleges).

Steve holds a Certified Technician (C.Tech) designation through the Ontario Society of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Bill Dowhaniuk
Bill Dowhaniuk is a Senior Systems Specialist at General Dynamics Land Systems Canada. Bill is responsible for supporting and maintaining earned value management systems and processes at GDLS-C.

Bill brings with him extensive project management experience including 12 years as a Project Management Professional, 7 years as a Project Management instructor at the University of Western Ontario, and 16 years experience in project controls tracking cost and schedule on very large projects and programs.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Computer Science Degree, and a Certificate in Business Administration both from the University of Windsor.
