Carol Gilchrist- Adecco Employment Servicing
Carol Gilchrist has been involved in the staffing industry since 1992.
She currently holds the position of VP Operations for the Canada Adecco
Employment Servicing organization. Carol’s role includes not only
the responsibility for ensuring consistent service delivery via a quality
process branch review each and every quarter but also is responsible for
the sharing of best practices around recruitment efforts coast to coast.
With more than 70 branch locations of Adecco to support and an ever changing
labour market this is no easy feat.
Carol will be speaking
on the elements of compliance in the staffing industry. Adecco is ISO
9001 certified. Carol was an integral part of setting up the quality program.
She will tell us how she accomplished this feat.
Carol will also touch
on how the job place is changing. As employers try to attract and retain
new skilled employees and individuals try to find a position they are
happy in, what do we need to know to keep pace with the changing work
environment?
