Workshop - How to Win Customers

Workshop topic :
How to win and keep customers. The emphasis will be on techniques and strategies for retaining customers in "crisis" situations.

Speaker is Mr. Steven King

Stephen King works for Ontario Telemedicine Network as a Regional Training Coordinator. Ontario Telemedicine Network provides technical and support for videoconferencing between hospitals, homecare facilities and patients. This service helps patients avoid long trips when they need to interact with specialists. Good part of his current job is to provide videoconference training. Stephen’s previous jobs include working at Ford Talbotville, Accuride, Cuddy Farms and sales. Stephen is able to draw upon experiences in manufacturing, food and health industries. Stephen King is Thames Valley Toastmasters current President.
