Speaker: Marianne Tanton
Marianne Tanton is Performance Excellence Manager at Sparton of Canada.
She has spear-headed several successful Kaisen events at Sparton. Originally
from France, Marianne has also been educated in England and Canada,
getting her MBA from UWO. She has obtained her 6-Sigma Black Belt as
well.
This
month we will look at ways to navigate through a successful Kaizen process.
Staying focused is an important goal, because you have re;atively few
hours to define the problem, come up with a solution and implement it.
Several different departments are typically involved, so getting everyone's
cooperation is critical, as is upper management support.
